1. ENGAGE
Your property houses a lifetime of outdoor living opportunities and we’re here to expand on them. Our process focusses on engagement, putting you in the drivers seat while we implement process as your trusted landscape professionals. We’ll get to know the land intimately, seeking alignment between vision and function. We’ll actively tune in to your goals; teasing out your ideal lifestyle, style and preferences, while taking inventory of the property.

2. Design
Once aligned, we’ll set up a schedule for design deliverables and begin weaving together a plan with structural elements, Greenspace and gathering places. influenced by the stories you’e shared. We embellish contours, create privacy, and incorporate planting spaces to compliment. From concept to Build plan, Visualizations to shop details, we’ll set the stage for a well executed build.

3. Curate
Choreographing local talent and sourcing material begins. Our team develop details, timelines & budgets; will liaise with municipalities to coordinate permits & produce desired fully executed planting plans, and collet fair market pricing. Our studio facilitates all stages pre-construction to ensure efficiency and quality remain top of mind.

4. CONSTRUCT
This is what differentiate Eden from the other; our team delivers a construction lifecyle that’s both smooth and timely. Collaborating with our trusted team of sub-contractors, we provide a performance & production that is uniquely tailored to your needs, your budget and vision. No site being the same, we’ll mange all the complexities while you enjoy the experience of watching your dreams cometo life.
THE STUDIO
Our Studio and Build divisions shape EDEN’s design into seamless production - we incorporate timeless design principles with practical construction methods for an executable led by detailed plans that lay out everything a builder could need to get things right the first time. Our designs are inspired by you, your communicated comfort in the investment we’re proposing and the lifestyle you desire. Our role is to lead with vision and execute with conviction; transforming masterplans into emotive spaces.
We advocate for you, the project, and for the collective goal; mediating and orchestrating action and communication from start to finish.
