SENIOR DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Amanda brings her wealth of expertise to the Eden Projects design team with 8+ years of senior-level experience as a distinguished award-winning landscape designer. Supported by an education in Architectural Technology, Amanda’s passion, creativity, and commitment to pushing the envelope define her approach to landscape design. Her in-depth knowledge of technical drawings, local materials, construction practices, bylaw adherence, and her extensive plant palette are gained through years of walking the talk.

Amanda’s design philosophy revolves around prioritizing the livability and longevity of her creations in addition to eye-catching aesthetics. Creating Bespoke living spaces that her clients and guests can make memories in for generations.

Amanda also serves as a member of the Landscape Ontario Design Board & contributes to the academic realm as a college professor teaching 2D and 3D design in engineering and serves as Chair of Conestoga College’s Program Advisory Committee for Draft & Design programs. This multifaceted involvement reflects her dedication to advancing the field and nurturing the next generation of design professionals.

PRODUCTION LIAISON & PLANTING DESIGN LEAD

Vancouver Island Born and raised, Lauren is deeply connected to the lush landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.

With a vibrant passion for horticulture, she is a certified expert in her field, specializing in ornamental gardens that flourish in the diverse microclimates of Vancouver Island.

Nurturing and perfecting outdoor spaces, while becoming intimately acquainted with a vast array of plant species suited to the island's unique conditions; Lauren’s guiding principle of 'right plant, right place' ensures not only thriving gardens but also harmonious integration with their surroundings.

As our Production lead, Lauren echoes Eden’s collective enthusiasm for quality, comradery and organization. She leads with strong communication and follow up, keeps project goals at the forefront and drives home the benefits of unity by closing loops and providing support where needed.

Lauren applies critical thinking & active listening when considering the goals of a garden, tailoring each space to bring enjoyment and solace. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset, ensuring every project she leads achieves both aesthetic pause and ecological benefits.

DESIGN ASSOCIATE/ 3D SPECIALIST

Chelsea Bilbar is a driven and compassionate individual with a passion for architecture & design. Her experience in the field has equipped her with a deep understanding of the importance of sustainable and inclusive design.

She completed her degree in Architecture at the University of Mindanao, Philippines. Her experience in the field has equipped her with a deep understanding of the importance of sustainable and inclusive design.

Currently, Chelsea is expanding her skills as an international student in Canada, pursuing a degree in Architectural Technology. This new chapter in her academic journey has broadened her perspective and allowed her to explore innovative approaches to building design and construction.

“Green” architecture & landscape design drives her to create environmentally conscious and community-focused projects. Believing architecture has the power to transform lives & communities and is eager to continue learning and growing as a professional.

With a heart for collaboration & a mind for creativity, Chelsea is poised to make a meaningful contribution to the world of architecture and beyond

STUDIO FINANCE MANAGER

Sofia is the backbone of our team, serving as our Saving-Grace and embodying our Studio Values as ambassador. Officially, she is the Finance and Operations liaison, leveraging her background in client services and the world of finance to seamlessly support all departments. Sofia excels at engaging and guiding clients, suppliers, contractors, and collaborators, fostering relationships and cultivating trust while ensuring everyone feels valued and heard.

In addition to her pivotal role as the assistant to our Director, Sofia approaches every task and challenge with grace and devotion. Her innate ability to anticipate Danée's needs and readiness, coupled with a keen understanding of our clients' goals, underscores her dedication and commitment to excellence.

Once away from the desk, Sofia prioritizes her family life and her two young boys, actively participating in her community and seeking solace in outdoor relaxation to rejuvenate her soul. Undoubtedly, Sofia stands as an invaluable asset to our team, reinforcing the benefits of having a strong professional woman at the helm of Operations.

NOVA & BAUER

This Resident Aussie Duo take their roles quite seriously. Rounding up ill-placed sticks, motivating fast rakes and brooms, and announcing deliveries and site visitors, taking great care to ensure everyone is happy and entertained.

Excellent at herding the team back to action after lunch and keeping the crews entertained - Devote comrades and Spirit lifters!

PROJECT COORDINATOR

With a background in Natural Reource management and a Major in Biology, Eniza brings a passion for the natural world; driven by the benefits of biophilic design.

Eniza is a pivot master, she keeps her tumb on the budget and eyes n the prize. Her enthusiasm for client services is surpassed only by her deep desire to level up the spirit of everyone she works with; ensuring genuine contribution and dedication to our Company Values.

Eniza keeps our rhythm flowing! She connects the dots, conducting our creatives and clients to engage and collaborate throughout the journey.

Eniza’s experience coordinating outreach events, creating and documenting process, campaigns and research statistics makes her a valuable player on every project whether its on our Design team, standing is as an Admin on our Build projects or supporting Networking and Community events.
